Ladies Tea

On Saturday, April 27, 2019, the fellowship hall at First Presbyterian Church of Berthoud

was transformed into a British Tea Room to honor the women and friends of the church. A theme of butterflies was carried throughout the centerpieces, and decorations from seat covers, pearls, flowers, doilies, and netted balloons.

The men of the church, dressed in white shirts and dark ties, served the ladies a variety of teas from silver tea pots, and pastries, truffles, cucumber sandwiches, and chicken croissants on faux crystal tea plates.

Carrying through with the theme of “butterflies”, was inspirational speaker and Associate Women’s Pastor Steffani Besch from Rez Church

The months of planning and preparation for the event were spearheaded by Dianne Pollock and assisted by members Donna Salomonson, Janice Gibb, Vivian Downing, and Jenny Pollock Brown.

The women in attendance were appreciative of the event reporting that they were inspired and pampered--the whole intent of the event.
